We offer returns and exchanges on faulty or damaged goods within 30 days of delivery to ensure your collection remains perfectly creepy.
Contact the Crypt
Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to initiate your return request.
Approval & Instructions
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Place the Deddy Bear back in its original body bag or packaging to ensure it stays protected during its journey back to us.
Refund or Resurrection
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bear.
